  • Domestic US deliveries generally arrive within 5–8 business days after dispatch.

  • International deliveries may take 10–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or US public holidays.

2. Shipping Services

  • We ship via trusted US courier partners (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • If no courier service is available for your location, we will notify you before processing your order.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Product prices listed on our website exclude shipping charges.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location.

  • From time to time, Miracle I Am may offer free or discounted shipping promotions based on order value.

4. International Orders

  • Shipping charges vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please note: We are unable to process returns or refunds for international orders once shipped, unless the product arrives damaged (see below).

5. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

  • If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at info@miracleiam.org, mentioning your Order ID.

  • Ensure that product tags and original packaging remain intact when returning a damaged shipment.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Before Shipment: If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel by writing to info@miracleiam.org. Refunds will be processed within 24–48 business hours.

  • After Shipment: If shipped but not delivered, you may cancel by contacting us. Please refuse the delivery, and once the package is returned and verified, your refund will be processed within 24–48 business hours.

  • Refund timelines for credit/debit cards or net banking may take 2–3 additional business days to reflect in your account.
