1. Cancellation Before Shipment

• If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by writing to us at info@miracleiam.org.

• Once your cancellation request is confirmed, your order will be cancelled and the refund will be initiated within 24–48 business hours.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

• If your order has already been shipped but not yet delivered, please contact us at info@miracleiam.org.

• In such cases, the courier may still attempt delivery. Kindly refuse the package.

• Once the product(s) are returned to us and verified, your refund will be processed within 24–48 business hours.

3. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are only accepted for products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Refunds will be initiated after the returned product(s) are received and verified at our warehouse.

Refund Timelines:

• Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking Payments: Refund will be processed back to the same account within 48 business hours of verification. It may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect in your account.

• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be issued to your bank account within 48 business hours after we receive your bank details via email. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
