In such cases, the courier may still attempt delivery. Kindly refuse the package.

Once the product(s) are returned to us and verified, your refund will be processed within 24–48 business hours.
3. Return & Refund Policy

Returns are only accepted for products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be initiated after the returned product(s) are received and verified at our warehouse.
Refund Timelines:

Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking Payments: Refund will be processed back to the same account within 48 business hours of verification. It may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect in your account.
